Plan-specific orders or agreements may contain additional commercial terms.

A shared operating standard

These terms keep responsibilities clear between Judicio, subscribing organizations, and individual users.

01

The Judicio service

Judicio provides software for legal practice operations, including client intake, matters, hearings, documents, tasks, communication, billing, reports, subscriptions, and organization administration. It does not provide legal advice or replace professional judgment.

02

Accounts and organizations

Users must provide accurate account information and protect their credentials. Each organization is responsible for approving users, assigning roles, reviewing access, and promptly removing access that is no longer required.

03

Trials, plans, and payments

Access may begin through a trial and continue under a paid plan. Features, usage limits, storage, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms, and available payment methods depend on the selected plan and applicable order details.

04

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, bypass plan or security controls, introduce malicious material, misuse another person’s information, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

05

Organization content

Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, confidentiality, retention, and professional suitability of information and files placed in their workspace. Users should verify all outputs before relying on them in legal work.

06

Availability and changes

Judicio may maintain, secure, improve, add, or retire functionality as the service evolves. Planned maintenance and material service changes should be communicated through reasonable operational channels where appropriate.

07

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or actions that threaten the platform or other customers. Data export and retention remain subject to the applicable agreement and legal obligations.
