Scope of this policy
This policy explains how Judicio processes information when organizations and their authorized users access the legal practice management platform, public website, forms, and related support services.
How Judicio handles information across the website and the legal practice management platform.
Legal information is sensitive by nature. Judicio is designed around firm boundaries, controlled access, and accountable use of data.
This policy explains how Judicio processes information when organizations and their authorized users access the legal practice management platform, public website, forms, and related support services.
The platform may process account and profile details, organization information, client and matter records, uploaded documents, court and hearing data, billing records, support communications, audit logs, and technical metadata required to operate the service.
Information is used to authenticate users, provide firm workspaces, support legal workflows, process subscriptions, deliver configured notifications, maintain security and audit trails, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.
A subscribing organization controls the legal and client information entered by its users. The organization is responsible for lawful collection, professional obligations, user permissions, retention instructions, and the accuracy of information maintained in its workspace.
Organization records are scoped to a firm workspace. Access is governed by authentication, organization membership, assigned roles, permissions, subscription entitlements, and record-level controls such as client-document visibility.
Judicio uses layered controls including role-based access, email verification, private file storage, activity records, protected sessions, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so organizations must also maintain appropriate account and device practices.
Information is retained while required to provide the service and as reasonably needed for legal, billing, security, dispute, backup, and operational purposes. Retention or deletion requests may be subject to contractual and legal requirements.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or concerns about information handled through Judicio, contact the platform team through the official contact page.
We can help route privacy and data-handling questions to the appropriate team.
